ARTISTIC BACKGROUND.

Noelia Sabarea started to do her first steps in flamenco dance at a tender age of six.At present,she already has vast and rich reserve of professional experience both in the field of training as a mentor of Flamenco dance and also as a performer in the varied artistic facets of the show.

In the international level ,she has done tours of the nordic countries as Norway ( Tronso),Poland (Lodz), Italy (Palermo), France (Paris), E.E.U.U (New York, Connecticut, Boston, San Luis Missouri,etc), Algeria (Argel,Batna) and Japan (Tokio,Osaka,Kioto)

In the national scene,she has shown her particular”magic”in such famous theatres as “Teatro Calderon” and “Tearto Real” in Madrid and in various festivities and events organized by different townhalls. The most outstanding of the latter are Alcalá de henares, teatro “Joseph Segarra” in Barcelona, in Llodio, in Baracaldo, in Murcia(as an artist invited in the Unión´s competition), in Sevilla (Tablao “Los Gallos” ,”Palacio Andaluz”, “La Casa de la Memoria”,etc.) and in Jimena (during the famed International Music Festival).

She has performed in various programs of the Spanish TV (RTVE), Canal Sur, and in the Latin-American and the Japanese television.

We mention even in passing her participation in the Competition for Young Dancers in the Bicentenary of Sevilla which earned her a place in the semifinals.

During the stage of training which is part of her broad experience, it is important to give special mention to her contact with famed professors like Merche Esmeralda, Antonio Canales, Eva “Yerbabuena”, Milagros Mengíbar, Manolo Marín, Rafael Campallo, Manuel Betanzos, Rafael del Carmen...

And to conclude,it is proper to single out her creation, direction and staging of her own shows “Filigranas” and ”Aborigen”; This last one greatly delighted the audience in its premiere and earned for this artist the laurels of the Flamenco Dance.
